Wie ihr wisst, bin ich Schminktechnisch auf Reisen so minimalistisch wie möglich unterwegs. Trotzdem habe ich natürlich ein wenig Reise Kosmetik dabei. Eine kleine Übersicht über die wichtigsten Beauty-Begleiter auf meinen Reisen, findet ihr hier.

Hoher Sonnenschutz

Ich bin ein Fan der Tropen und da ist ein hoher Sonnenschutz unerlässlich. Vor allem als ein Bleichgesicht, wie ich es bin. Aber auch wenn ihr euch im Winter auf die Piste schwingt, dann solltet ihr auf keinen Fall eure Sonnencreme vergessen. Der Schnee reflektiert genauso stark wie Wasser und ihr habt super schnell einen Sonnenbrand.

After Sun

Um die von der Sonne beanspruchte Haut ein wenig zu verwöhnen, liebe ich es am Abend After Sun Lotions zu verwenden. Mein Non Plus Ultra Mittel der Reise Kosmetik ist allerdings Kokosnussöl. Gerade in Asien bekommst du das an jeder Ecke und es ist eine wunderbare Body und/oder After Sun Lotion. Wenn ihr allerdings nicht gerade nach Asien fahrt, dann empfehle ich After Sun als Reise Kosmetik einzustecken.

Reinigungsmittel

Wozu braucht man das, wenn man eh kaum Make up trägt? Naja, um den Dreck und Schweiß des Tages abzuwaschen. Es ist ziemlich egal, wo ihr unterwegs seid, euer Gesicht ist den ganzen Tag verschiedensten Schmutzpartikeln ausgesetzt. Mal mehr, mal weniger. Es tut einfach richtig gut vorm Schlafen gehen den Schmutz abzuwaschen. Und Pickel sollte man dann auch weniger bekommen. Ich benutze seit einiger Zeit das La Roche-Posay Effaclar Reinigungsgel und wiederverwendbare Abschmink-Schwämme. Das ist nachhaltiger als Abschminktücher, auch wenn ich auf kurzen Reisen aus Platzgründen gerne diese zu meiner Reise Kosmetik zähle.

Lippenpflege

Ohne Lippenpflege, ohne mich! Ich kann auf alles verzichten, außer auf meine Lippenpflege. Ein Pflegestift muss immer dabei sein, vor allem im Winter oder auf Flugreisen.

Meine Reise Kosmetik ist im Bereich der dekorativen Kosmetik so eingeschränkt wie möglich. Normalerweise nehme ich einen Concealer, Puder, Wimperntusche und Eyeliner mit und fertig. Da hat aber natürlich auch jeder seine eigenen Gewohnheiten und es kommt auch stark darauf an, wo man hinfährt. Ich trage im Winter bzw. in kalten Regionen viel lieber mehr Make up, als in warmen Regionen. Das ist dann auch ein wenig von eurer Reise abhängig.

Noch ein Tipp: Sucht euch einfach alles was ihr an Reise Kosmetik braucht, aus einer Online Apotheke zusammen und lasst es euch liefern. Ich habe alle nötigen und genannten Produkte bei der Europa Apotheek gefunden. As you know, I’m as minimalistic as possible on the road. Nevertheless, of course I have a little travel cosmetics. A small overview of the most important beauty companions on my travels can be found here.

High sun protection

I am a fan of the tropics and a high sun protection is essential. Especially as a pale face, as I am. But even if you swing down the slopes in winter on the slopes, you should not forget your sunscreen in any case. The snow reflects as much as water and you have a sunburn super fast.

After sun

To treat the sun-stressed skin a bit, I love to use After Sun Lotions in the evening. However, my non plus ultra travel cosmetics is coconut oil. Especially in Asia, you get it on every corner and it’s a wonderful body and / or after-sun lotion. If you are not going to Asia, I suggest you take some After Sun lotion with you.

Skin cleanser

Why do you need that if you hardly ever wear make-up anyway? Well, to wash away the dirt and sweat of the day. It does not really matter where you’re going, your face is exposed to various dirt particles all day long. Sometimes more sometimes less. It just works really well before going to sleep to wash off the dirt. And pimples should then get less. I’ve been using La Roche-Posay Effaclar Cleansing Gel and reusable make-up sponges for some time now. This is more sustainable than make-up wipes, even if I like to travel with those on short trips for reasons of space.

Lip care

Without lip care, without me! I can travel without anything except my lip care. A care stick must always be there, especially in winter or on the airplane.

My travel cosmetics is as limited as possible in the field of decorative cosmetics. Normally I take a concealer, powder, mascara and eyeliner with me and I’m good to go. But of course everyone has their own habits and it depends heavily on where you go. I prefer to wear more make-up in winter or in cold regions than in warm regions. That depends on your journey.

Another tip: Just look for everything you need in travel cosmetics at an online pharmacy, for example, the Europa Apotheek and get it delivered.
